What Is a PFA/PTFE Lined Concentric Butterfly Valve?
PFA/PTFE-lined concentric butterfly valves feature a centrally positioned shaft and a fully encapsulated rubber or fluoropolymer disc with a moulded-in PFA or PTFE seat liner. The concentric (centric) geometry provides a uniform, evenly distributed seating force around the full disc circumference, making them ideal for highly corrosive acids, solvents, caustic fluids, and pharmaceutical process media where zero metal-to-media contact is essential. Available in wafer and lug connection styles for easy installation between standard ANSI and DIN flanges.
