Rupture Disc

Chemoil Advance Technology supplies Rupture Discs from recognized manufacturers for rapid overpressure protection in pressure vessels, tanks, pipelines and industrial process systems. A rupture disc is a non-reclosing pressure-relief device designed to rupture at a specified pressure and temperature, creating an opening through which the process medium can be discharged.

Unlike a conventional spring-loaded pressure relief valve, a rupture disc does not automatically reseat after activation. This makes rupture discs useful in applications where fast pressure relief, leak-tight isolation or protection against specific overpressure scenarios is required.
