Our PTFE sleeved plug valves are high-integrity, non-lubricated quarter-turn isolation devices engineered for chemical, petrochemical, and process services. The plug rotates within a 360-degree high-density PTFE sleeve which acts as a self-lubricating seat, eliminating the need for periodic grease injection and preventing product contamination. The cavity-free design prevents solid accumulation, while the tapered plug and adjustable top bolts ensure bi-directional bubble-tight shut-off.
