Lined Diaphragm Valve
PTFE / rubber-lined diaphragm valves providing precise bi-directional isolation and throttling control for highly corrosive, abrasive, and ultrapure fluid handling applications.
What Is a Lined Diaphragm Valve?
Lined diaphragm valves feature a flexible PTFE or elastomeric diaphragm that presses against a lined body weir to achieve shut-off or throttling. The diaphragm completely separates the process media from the operating mechanism — stem, bonnet, and actuator — ensuring zero packing leakage and zero contamination. Ideal for sterile pharmaceutical processing, ultra-pure semiconductor chemicals, aggressive acids, alkalis, and slurries where conventional valves fail due to corrosion or contamination risk. Available in weir-type and straight-through (full-bore) configurations.
