Heavy-Duty API 6D Lubricated Flow Control

Our lubricated plug valves (standard type API 6D) are designed for demanding pipeline transportation, crude oil, natural gas, and slurry processes. Featuring a tapered metal plug that rotates in a metal seat, these valves utilize a pressurized sealant system to form a gas-tight bubble-tight seal and lubricate sliding surfaces to reduce torque. With a cavity-free design that prevents solid build-up and a balanced plug design to eliminate pressure lock, they provide long-lasting shut-off in erosive environments.
