Fail-Safe Cryogenic Flow Isolation

Our cryogenic emergency shut-off valves (ESD) are designed to provide rapid, fail-safe isolation of flow in lines handling LNG, liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and other cryogenic fluids down to -196°C. Actuated by single-acting spring-return pneumatic actuators, they close instantly upon signal loss or air supply failure. They feature gas-column extended bonnets to clear cold jackets and prevent actuator freeze-up, manual handwheel overrides, and tight-seating PCTFE trims for bubble-tight closure.
