Cryogenic Pull-Off & Break-Away Valves
Calibrated cryogenic break-away couplings designed to protect loading systems by automatically disconnecting and shutting off flow in the event of tanker pull-away.
Safe Loading & Unloading Protection
Our cryogenic pull-off (break-away) valves are critical safety devices installed in LNG and liquid gas transfer lines. In the event of an accidental vehicle movement or vessel drift during loading/unloading, the coupling automatically disconnects when a predetermined tensile load is reached. Spring-loaded internal valves in both halves instantly shut off, preventing any spillage of cryogenic fluid and protecting the terminal piping, hoses, and tankers from mechanical damage.
Key Features
- ✔️ Automatic Emergency Disconnection - Safely separates transfer lines during accidental pull-away events
- ✔️ Leak-Free Double Shut-Off - Minimizes product loss with automatic sealing on both ends
- ✔️ Cryogenic Temperature Rated - Engineered for reliable operation in ultra-low temperature applications
- ✔️ Enhanced Safety Protection - Prevents hose damage, spills, and equipment failure during loading and unloading
- ✔️ Ideal for LNG & Industrial Gases - Suitable for LNG, LOX, LIN, LAR, LPG, and other cryogenic transfer systems
