High-Pressure Balanced Plug Isolation
Our pressure balanced lubricated plug valves (API 6D) are engineered to resolve plug sticking and high operating torque in high-pressure and high-temperature service. By incorporating pressure balance channels that equalize pressure between the top and bottom of the plug and the port, these valves prevent the plug from locking into the body seat. Combined with a pressurized metal-to-metal sealant injection system, they deliver bubble-tight gas-tight closure and superior resistance to abrasive slurries.
